Our experience was marred by an extremely noisy fridge that made terrible banging sounds throughout the night, almost sabotaging our sleep. The bathroom was surprisingly cramped, especially for someone larger, making it uncomfortable. On top of that, the lack of clear guidance to access the hotel from the underground parking left us frustrated, wandering aimlessly with our luggage and kids until we figured it out. This is unforgivable for a place that claims to be accommodating.

We had a wonderful time! The balcony room offered fine views of the mountains, I couldn't stop staring at that scenery every morning.
